0.05mm at 1200dpi

This is a detail of one of the metro.gif frames, scanned at 1200dpi with my brand-new old scanner device.

With it I hope to answer 2 of life's most burning questions:

1. What does 0.05mm actually look like?
   > that's the white spacing in between the lines

2. Why would anyone spend 6+ hours to plot a single 15x15cm frame instead of just printing it?
   > This is the reason. I mean, just look at it... Look at it!

And if anyone thinks I can be bothered to redo the metro.gif animation with the 1200dpi scans, well...
You'd be absolutely correct.

But that's for another day.
